Terms of Use

These terms govern access to AutoRep HQ, including its browser extension, website, API, membership features, templates, community, and support. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

AutoRep HQ helps automotive sales representatives turn selected public dealership vehicle pages into Facebook Marketplace drafts for review. It is an independent productivity platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Facebook, Whop, any dealership, manufacturer, or website vendor.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service only with public inventory pages and with permission from your dealership where required.
• Review every vehicle fact, image, price, disclaimer, contact detail, and claim before publishing.
• Click Post yourself and comply with Facebook Marketplace rules, advertising law, dealership policy, and manufacturer requirements.
• Keep your Whop membership information and AutoRep HQ access token secure, and do not share access outside the membership or account provided to you.
• Do not use the service to access private dealer systems, customer records, credentials, or content you are not authorized to use.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid access, billing, renewals, trials, cancellation, and any stated refund policy are handled through Whop and the offer shown at checkout. Cancel through your Whop account before the next renewal date to prevent a future charge. Losing active membership may disable paid features while leaving locally stored browser settings available.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer access controls, resell or share the extension outside an authorized plan, overload or probe the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or dealership, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use generated drafts for deceptive, unlawful, or discriminatory listings.

Accuracy and availability

Dealership websites and Facebook change without notice. Imports, generated text, prices, photos, videos, and form fields may be incomplete or inaccurate. The service does not guarantee sales, leads, Marketplace approval, uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every website, or the accuracy of third-party data.

Intellectual property

AutoRep HQ and its original software, interface, documentation, and templates are protected by applicable law. Dealership inventory, vehicle photography, trademarks, and third-party services remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights to third-party content beyond what you are authorized to use.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and uninstall the extension.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoRep HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from listings, third-party platforms, vehicle data, account restrictions, or service interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be submitted through the AutoRep HQ Whop support channel or the support page.
