1. Confirm the inventory source
- I am using the live public page for one specific vehicle.
- The VIN or stock number matches the vehicle I intend to promote.
- The vehicle is available, and I am authorized to advertise it.
- I have followed my dealership’s current advertising policy.
2. Verify the vehicle facts
- Year, make, model, and trim match the live dealership page.
- Price and mileage are current at the time of posting.
- Condition, body style, transmission, drivetrain, and fuel type are accurate.
- Exterior and interior colors are confirmed rather than guessed from a photo.
- VIN, stock number, and dealership location are correct when included.
- Every feature mentioned belongs to this exact vehicle.
3. Review the photo gallery
- The first photo clearly shows the actual vehicle.
- Exterior, interior, dashboard, cargo, wheel, and key feature views are included when available.
- Every photo belongs to the same VIN or stock number.
- Duplicate, blurry, placeholder, and unrelated photos are removed.
- Dealership logos, website banners, and navigation graphics are not being used as vehicle photos.
- The gallery order tells a clear visual story of the vehicle.
4. Check the sales copy
- The opening clearly identifies the vehicle and its strongest verified details.
- The description is readable, specific, and free of unsupported claims.
- My name, dealership, location, and approved contact method are included.
- The call-to-action tells the customer what to do next.
- Any required dealership disclaimer is included.
- The description does not promise availability, approval, or pricing that I cannot guarantee.
5. Complete the final Marketplace review
- I compared every visible Marketplace field with the live dealership page.
- The listing does not contain information from another vehicle.
- The current price, mileage, condition, colors, and trim are correct.
- The photos loaded successfully and appear in the intended order.
- I am satisfied that the listing is accurate before clicking Post.
6. Maintain the listing after posting
- I have a plan to respond promptly to customer messages.
- I will reconfirm availability before making promises to a buyer.
- I will update or remove the listing when the vehicle’s status changes.
The safest shortcut is a better review process
Automation can prepare information, but it cannot take responsibility for your final advertisement. The strongest workflow makes repetitive tasks faster while making the accuracy check easier—not optional.
